CNC SWISS MACHINING – CITIZEN A20

Our Citizen A20 Swiss machines are optimized for high-precision machining of small-diameter parts. These machines allow us to hold tight tolerances while maintaining efficiency across both short and long production runs.

 

Capabilities include:

  • High-speed precision turning

  • Milling and cross-hole drilling

  • Front and back-end machining (sub-spindle)

  • Simultaneous multi-axis machining

  • Reduced cycle times for higher efficiency

 

This technology enables us to machine complex components with minimal variation and excellent surface finish.

 PRECISION INSPECTION – KEYENCE IM-8000

To ensure every part meets specification, we utilize advanced Keyence optical measurement systems.

This technology allows for fast, accurate, and repeatable inspection without operator variability.
